I recently published an image on the annex titled Thoughts of Edward– after the great early 20th century photographer Edward Steichen. As I hit the “publish” button I immediately began to think of the many other photographers whose work have influenced, inspired, and moved me in my photographic life. As any good American, I started to compile a list– The Top Ten List of The Most Influential, Inspiring, and Moving Photographers in My Life. This list will be in alphabetical order, because to rank them otherwise would be impossible! Naturally there are so many more photographers whose work had influenced me in one form or other, but hey– this is a Top Ten list!
